Architect/Architectural Designer:

In need of an architect/architectural designer with 3-10 years’ experience that can carry a project from start to completion. Full understanding of wood construction and construction techniques. We are a small boutique firm that requires you to wear multiple hats. Must be able to communicate well internally and with clients/vendors/contractors. You must be able to prepare accurate as-built drawings, survey properties, follow instructions, work with minimal supervision, and ask questions appropriately. Minimum of 3-10 years’ experience. Architecture degree and experience in a small architecture firm. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup, Adobe Creative suite, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office. Understanding of building code, building construction and architectural drawing preparation/execution and details. Accuracy and attention to detail are a must. Ability to manage one’s time effectively and knowledge of working within budgets is necessary. You will gain valuable experience working on all phases of interesting projects ranging from small to medium scale commercial, hospitality, educational and residential projects.
